The process

1. INITIAL CONTACT WITH AGENCY

To start the journey towards finding a nanny you have to call us or fill out the online form. We would really prefer talking to you first so we can get to know you better. The initial consulting is brief yet highly informative and efficient.
You can tell us about your needs and express your special issues and worries related to your childcare. We will complete a detailed job description. We need to know the location, schedule, children ages, flexibility requirements, salary range, special needs, second language and more We will outline your employment obligations and advise you on rates and pay.

2. CANDIDATES SELECTION, FILES/RESUME REVIEW

Once we have received your job description we will review and select/identify a list of suitable candidates from our large nanny network. We will email you their profiles/resumes for your review. We will set up Phone/Face Time interviews so you can have your first virtual, Face Time contact with the applicants.

3. INTERVIEW PROCESS

After you have selected the short list of candidates, we will set up the in-person interviews.
We will support you with the list of questions you can ask during the interviews.
Next we will follow up with you and the applicants to address questions and any concerns or questions.

4. BACKGROUND CHECK, DRAFTING EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

Once you have found someone who is a good potential match with your family we will conduct extensive background check on your chosen candidate. Background will include social security trace, statewide criminal background , national criminal database record search, federal criminal search , county criminal search and sex offense registry..

5. HIRING COMPLETE, DRAFTING EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

We will provide you with a full report of criminal background and contract sample that can be modified and customized to meet the needs of your family. We will assist you with crafting a work agreement and finalizing your offer.

6. SUPPORT AFTER HIRING

After hiring we provide ongoing support, guidance and resources to both the family and the nanny to foster a positive and harmonious working relationship. We are here to help you find a backup nanny if needed.
